Esta semana, y en medio de las negociaciones que el oficialismo establecerá
con la oposición por la Ley de Presupuestos -y cuando podría quedar despachado
del Congreso el proyecto de primarias-, el Gobierno también pondrá énfasis a
nivel legislativo en una serie de proyectos para fomentar la transparencia, a
los cuales se les otorgará suma urgencia, para acelerar su tramitación en el
Congreso.

La decisión apunta a iniciativas legales como el proyecto de probidad
pública. Este establece, entre otros elementos, normas para la declaración de
patrimonio de parte de las autoridades del Estado.

También se agilizarán mociones sobre acceso a información como la ley del
Lobby, Transparencia de Municipios, y perfeccionamiento a la Ley General de
Transparencia.
